Build a Great Butt with Hip Thrusts!

Hip thrusts are great for building an awesome set of glutes. Performed correctly, they can activate the glutes in ways that squats and lunges can’t.

Whether your goal is merely cosmetic (“I want a butt”/”I want a tighter, firmer butt”) or for strength and power (an athlete is only as good as his/her glutes), the hip thrust is a must-learn, go-to lower body exercise.
