In this video, Ben Musholt demonstrates four shoulder rehabilitation exercises. These exercises will help you with rotator cuff strengthening and scapular stability, both of which are essential to recovering from any shoulder injury. The movements are:
• Resisted double external rotation – You should feel this in the back of your shoulders.
• Resisted scapular plane elevation – You should feel this in the upper part of your shoulder and upper traps.
• Resisted internal rotation – You should feel this in the front of your shoulder.
• Medicine ball bounce – You should feel this in your shoulder after just a few bounces.
