Building an impressive physique takes time. Many people get caught up in the “more is better” mentality and end up stagnant, injured, or burnt out. There’s an optimal amount of training frequency, an optimal amount of volume and intensity, and an optimal amount of protein intake. Doing more than what’s optimal is counterproductive. You can’t rush adaptation; there’s only so much muscle you can build and so much fat you can burn each week. Have patience and follow a plan that allows you to be consistent.
